"Visited Jaalakam Kerala Restaurant and tried their Chicken Kappa Biryani and Chicken Biryani , both were absolutely delicious! The flavours were truly authentic to Kerala cuisine, rich in spices and perfectly balanced. The portion size was generous, one plate easily serves two people. If you’re craving real Kerala-style food with homely taste and great value for money, this place is a must visit. Highly recommended! Swiggy charges way too high! It is best to get the food directly."

"EDIT: Bro njangalum malayalie aan. We have had Pazhampori from many places but it doesn't get so oily that it is inedible. With the appam, we also use cart iron but it never comes like this. Check the picture of the glass with water, all of them have oil. And the chicken still had waste on it. This place serves oil more than food. Even the water we drank had oil floating in it. The food initself was bad, burnt appam and uncleaned chicken. Would highly reccomend they clean their act."

We went around afternoon, and even when sitting outside, we could still feel a cool, refreshing breeze which made the experience even better.Dont worry about parking. And there were other restaurants also. We tried Veg Meals, Mutton Chops, and Ayala Fry – and were fully satisfied with every single item. The flavors were authentic, portions generous, and it truly felt like a feast. Our tummies were already full, but we couldn’t resist trying their Pacha Manga Soda – and oh, it was absolutely lip-smacking! The staff were polite and attentive, which added to the overall warmth of the place. For a while, it genuinely felt like we had stepped right back into Kerala. 🌿 A must-visit place if you’re around – don’t miss it!"

"Visited Jaalakam Kerala Restaurant at Kadugodi with office colleagues for lunch. The restaurant offers good Kerala cuisine with authentic flavors that truly satisfy. Though the setup is a bit small and can get crowded during peak lunch or dinner hours, the food makes it worth the wait. Convenient parking is available right in front of the restaurant. A great spot if you're craving Kerala-style meals in the area."

"Happy that we happened to visit this place on the way from airport to whitefield! We ordered: - Duck Mappas - Paal Kappa - Appam and Porottas - Mutton Biriyani - Chicken Fry - Omlet - Faluda - Nannari soda, Sweet and Salt Lemon Juice, Tea and Lemon Tea. All items were superb, but each one deserves a mention: - the Duck Mappas was finger-licking yummy! It's beyond words. Can revisit the place just to relish this again! - Paal kappa was soft as butter and was delicious - Porottaas were crispy outside and soft inside with the perfect taste of kerala porotta. Nowadays we hardly get this kind of authentic porotta. Most of the places either go with ready made ones or the person working with the dough lacks expertise! This one was Spot On! - About the appam, I have a suggestion. It can be a little more thin and crispy. This one was a little heavy on the stomach though fluffy. - Mutton Biriyani tasted the Kozhikodan style. Was amazing. The Mutton pieces were soooo tender too. - Chicken Fry reminded me of the one that we get at Trivandrum (Poricha kozhiyum Chapathiyum combination). - Omlet reminded me of the Indian Cofee House omlet from those days! - Faluda was rich in fruits, nuts, and so many natural elements. - All other juices had their own natural flavour. The place is small but not cluttered. It's well organized. It's cozy whether we sit inside or outside. The ambiance is premium looking. The hospitality of the owners is also commendable - how they receives us, checks on us, takes feedback, shows gratitude etc. They've apparently started this restaurant with certain noble intents of serving authentic kerala cuisine with natural ingredients. The rates of items in the menu definitely reflects it but it's 100% worth it! All 6 of us were so delighted that we randomly reached here! Will surely visit again. Altogether, the perfect Kerala Restaurant that reminds the taste buds of the authentic taste of kerala!"
