"I had an amazing experience at this Kerala café! The moment you walk in, the ambience instantly transports you to Kerala with its warm, traditional décor and homely vibe. The food is absolutely authentic — from the refreshing Pineapple kulluki to the perfectly cooked Surmai fish meals, every dish is packed with flavour. The Pomfret Pollichathu was a total showstopper, so fresh and delicious!
Ended the meal with their tender coconut ice cream, and it was pure indulgence — creamy, light, and the perfect finish. The service was quick and very friendly, and the entire place feels comforting and welcoming.
If you love Kerala cuisine or want to try the real flavours of God’s Own Country, this café is a must-visit. Highly recommended!"
"If you love authentic Kerala food, Kerala Café is an absolute gem! 🌴✨
Every dish here feels homely, simple and full of flavour — just like a proper meal back in Kerala.
I started with the pineapple kulukki which was refreshing, perfectly balanced and instantly uplifting. The pomfret kollichai was outstanding — aromatic, soft and packed with traditional Kerala spices cooked in banana leaf.
The Kerala fish meal truly stole the show! Steamed rice, moru curry, aviyal, toran and that crispy surmai fry… it genuinely reminded me of a comforting Sunday lunch at home.
Ended the meal with their tender coconut cream served in a real coconut shell — light, creamy and the perfect sweet finish. And of course, wrapped it up with a hot sulemani.
The food is authentic, the ambience is warm, and everything is served with so much love.
Highly recommended for anyone craving true Kerala flavours! 💚🍽️"
"We went there with hopes on kerala taste. Ordered fish polichathu, chicken biriyani, prawns soup, meals and porotta etc... I strongly believe they don't have any kerala chefs or staff to atleast tell them it's not kerala taste in any of their food. It was a scam to put it as a kerala restaurant. I had one of the worst food I ever had in terms of taste. Fish was not fresh and just covered with some thick gravy . The surprise was fish polichathu (cooked over coal in wrapped) was wrapped in a fresh leaf and not actually polichathu.. wrapping fish in gravy makes it polichathu and charges 600 . rice as not fresh and recooked or not washed properly, hard to say what was wrong. and chamandhy was still cold as it's directly from fridge, sambar was like a sour chutney, biriyani was not even biriyani rice but some flavoured plain rice. Chicken in biriyani was not cooked properly. It's sad to see the restaurant having this less crowd with such a potential going on like this to scam people. I tried to talk malayalam and none of them know malayalam in Kerala cafe, was funny 🤣"

"Visited Kerala Café today with high hopes of enjoying authentic Kerala food, but the experience was quite disappointing. The Kerala Parotta we ordered was oily and hard — not the soft, flaky kind you’d expect (photos attached). The meals were good and tasted authentic, but the Pomfret Pollichathu portion was very small for the price, making it feel less value for money.
On the brighter side, one of the staff members was extremely friendly and compassionate, which we really appreciated.
Overall, while the service was good, the food quality and value didn’t meet our expectations. Probably my first and last visit here."

"We ordered few Kerala special items, but the taste was disappointing. The food didn’t taste like authentic Kerala cuisine at all. People who have never tried real Kerala food might find it okay, but anyone familiar with the actual flavours will clearly notice the difference.
Even the Kerala tea was extremely sweet, which affected the taste.
For the quality provided, the prices feel too high. The ambience and parking are good, and the location has great potential. If you can get the right cook who truly knows the flavours of the dishes on your menu, it would make a big improvement and really suit the vibe of this place."
