"Finally Visited The Little Calicut. We ordered, 1 Paal Porotta Pothu , Chicken Biriyani and Sulaimani. Paal porotta is comfort food at its finest, and this plate delivers that indulgence beautifully. The porotta is thick, soft, and flaky, soaking up the mildly sweet, creamy milk gravy that seeps into every layer. Topped with pothu soft gravy it’s giving so satisfying taste. Their Chicken Biriyani is must try item , perfect flavour, rice and meet. Chicken piece wer very soft . Must visit place, will visit again to try their most dishes."

"The food at Little Calicut Restaurant is really good authentic Calicut flavors with a wide variety of dishes and snacks that truly stand out. If you’re looking for proper Calicut-style food in Bengaluru, this is definitely the place to try. However, the hospitality and service need major improvement. Every time I visited, the wait time was more than 30 minutes, and sometimes the staff even forgot our orders. This made the overall experience quite disappointing despite the amazing food. I hope they work on their service because with better hospitality, this place could easily become one of the best spots in town."

"Tried this place out for lunch. Had Pothu Biryani along with Pothu idichathu, which did lack some flavours overall. But the Kannuvechapathiri and chicken masala was good. Their cutlets and chicken rolls were good too. If you're looking to have a meal with a homely touch and not something with a blast of flavours, I think this is one of those places. But in my opinion, the food does need some more improvement overall. The place is decorated well, but not maintained. That needs to be sorted as well when it comes to the atmosphere."

"Only ambience and Sulaimani tea is good. The food lacked quality. Not a good kerala restaurant. The guy sitting on the counter is least bothered about the customers coming in. He is always on phone. Bad service. Better to avoid. Onlyy recommendation is sulaimani tea."

Both were served with onion salad and chili + dates pickles. • Chicken Biryani – 10/10 🌟 Masala was really good, flavorful, and unique. Price ₹175, quantity sufficient for one person. • Pothu Biryani – 10/10 🌟 Masala was delicious and well-balanced. Price ₹185, also sufficient for one person. Pickles tasted great and matched well with the biryani. Overall, we were fully satisfied – this is not the usual Calicut biriyani style, but definitely a tasty and worthy option."
