"I love authentic food chains & Karthik is pretty perfect when it comes to South India delicacies. I tried ₹50 worth filter coffee, uttapam & idli dish and they all tasted very well and fresh. We went on Saturday. So, do try atleast once ! Also, as winters are going on so obviously the hot meals are a plus. We paid around ₹750 for 3 persons so cost was not too high. Recommended for all!"

"Amazing, I’ve been there twice now. First time I went to their new restaurant and ordered thali and filter coffee. The service and food was just amazing! Second time I went to their older restaurant in the same lane, I ordered masala dosa and filter coffee there, food was amazing but service was okay. Still I’d 100% recommend it!"

"Went there as this is famous and rating was good but was left disappointed. The food was not as expected. I asked the staff what was best, to which they said everything is good. So we order the famous filter coffee. The order received had some insect in it. Was replaced. We ordered 2 dosas. The taste was average. I didn't like the the amount of oil used in dosa. This being the authentic restaurant, was not expecting this. We had to leave half of or food as its is as it was too much of unhealthy oil to consume. The sambar was nice and chutney was ok. The staff as nice and polite though."

"After the recent interior modification price of each and every item in the menu has been increased. Initially this restaurant has been known for its taste now it has prioritised ambience over taste. I have been visiting this restaurant since last ten years and I have noticed that food now doesn't tastes that good what it used to be...."
