"I recently visited Qizo Restaurant in Chandigarh, and I must say, the new ambience truly stands out. The space has been beautifully designed and is divided into three sections, each offering a different vibe. The first section is the loudest, perfect for people who enjoy music and energy; the middle one is relatively mild and relaxed; while the last section, with its personal gazebos, offers a more private fine-dining experience, ideal for dates or quiet dinners.
Talking about the food, my experience was quite mixed. In starters, I tried their veg platter — the Dahi Kebab was soft and flavorful, while the paneer felt a bit chewy and not very fresh. The broccoli was impressive with its seasoning, and the mushrooms were decent. The nachos were a definite highlight, giving a full-on Mexican feel with their crunch and toppings. I also tried their Thai dimsums, which were good in texture, but the accompanying chutneys lacked freshness — I couldn’t get that rich burnt garlic aroma that’s expected.
For the main course, the Malai Kofta was delicious and creamy, but the Paneer Lababdar tasted bland and lacked the authentic flavor. The Malabari Paratha was thick and slightly undercooked, which took away from the experience.
Overall, Qizo scores high on ambience and presentation, but the food quality and taste don’t quite match the premium pricing unless you’re availing an online deal. It’s a great spot for ambience and vibe, but the food could definitely use some improvement in consistency and freshness."
"This place is truly amazing, especially when it comes to the food and drinks. The ambience adds an extra layer of charm, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I was really impressed by how fantastic everything felt—the atmosphere, the flavors, and the overall vibe. I would definitely recommend that everyone make a point to visit Qizo, try their delicious food, and soak in the wonderful environment for themselves. It’s an experience worth sharing!"
"We ordered the veg pasta expecting a simple, tasty meal — but to our disappointment, they gave us a non-veg pasta instead. This isn’t just a small mix-up; it’s a major mistake for anyone strictly eating veg. It ruined our lunch plan and shows a lack of attention to basic order details. Considering the price and reputation of the place, this level of service is unacceptable.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing — we expected better accuracy and care from a place with a good rating ."
