It’s clear that the team is well-led, and it truly shows in every detail—from the attentiveness of the staff to the seamless service. As for the food—absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The variety and quality of the menu exceeded all expectations, whether you're there for a light bite or a full meal. Overall, The Cafe offers not just a meal, but an experience. The combination of exceptional hospitality and exquisite food makes it a must-visit. Highly recommended!"

"I went there for lunch on valentines. Massive buffet with delicious food. I'm a fan of their desserts especially blueberry cheesecake. It was yum!! I had pasta, Indian and veg kebabs, everything was exquisite. It was my third time visiting Marriott Chandigarh. The staff is really helpful and ambience is great. Neat and clean luxury property, very spacious. Extremely welcoming staff. Surely going to come back again."

"Had lunch at Café@JW Marriott Chandigarh with my family (8 people, ₹2000 per person) and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. The food taste was below average—nothing felt fresh or flavorful, and it seemed like they didn’t want guests to eat much. Vegetarian options were very limited, and even those didn’t taste good. What really shocked us was the hygiene; some plates didn’t look properly washed, almost like they were just wiped with a cloth. Even the fruit section was oddly placed—so far away you had to stretch just to grab something. The only good part was the ambience, which was beautiful and classy, but when it comes to food, service, and overall value for money, it didn’t meet expectations at all."

"We went for their Valentine's Day dinner. The food was wonderful as always but the atmosphere was a cut above. The staff pulled out all the stops to make the hotel and restaurant feel very festive."

"This sunday we visited "the Cafe" for Sunday brunch. As usual food was average but 2 things made the expereice worst : - There was a cockroach running around on Cheese spread table. Staff tried to take it out. And they assured us that the kitchen is clean and it has come from outside. - Whole place was filled with smoke as there so many dished being grilled inside. Looks like AC's were ineffective with improper ventilation. Which makes area quite suffocating. Presence of cockroach really puts so many questions on cleaniness of this place. After all its a 5 star not some road side dhaba."
