"I ordered 2 biriyanis at 12:00 PM, but the order was not delivered until 1:45 PM. Before ordering, I clearly asked if it would be late, and they assured me it would arrive soon.
I followed up every 30 minutes, but the food never arrived. After some time, they started ignoring my messages and calls, which was very unprofessional.
Finally, I cancelled the order due to the long delay and no response. Only after cancelling, they replied saying the food had arrived—but by then I had already gone out because of the long wait.
Very poor communication and bad customer service. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place."

"If you are in Karama and looking for some of the best Kerala sfood, New Five Star Thattukada is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for all food lovers.
Porotta with Beef Curry – The porotta was perfectly layered, crispy yet soft, and paired excellently with the rich, aromatic beef curry. The meat was tender, well spiced, and full of deep, traditional Kerala flavors.
Beef Pothi Biryani – This was another highlight. Served wrapped in banana leaves, the biryani had an intense aroma, with perfectly cooked rice infused with the deep flavors of cooked beef. making it a must try"
"Delighted by Delicious Meals on a Budget
I recently had the pleasure of trying the budget menu at New Five Star Thattukada, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my dining experience. As someone who appreciates good food without breaking the bank, this establishment exceeded my expectations in terms of taste, quality, and value for money.
Not only were the meals delicious, but the portion sizes were generous as well. Each dish provided a satisfying serving that left me feeling content without being overly stuffed. This balance between portion size and price added to the value for money aspect of the budget menu.
Furthermore, the service at the restaurant was friendly and efficient. The staff members were attentive, taking the time to explain the menu options and provide recommendations when needed. Their warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall dining experience.
Overall, I left the restaurant as a happy and satisfied customer. The budget menu exceeded my expectations in terms of taste, quality, and portion sizes. The variety of dishes, the attention to ingredients, and the friendly service all contributed to a memorable dining experience. If you're looking for delicious meals that won't break the bank, I highly recommend trying the budget menu at this restaurant."

"Had three dinners there during my recent trip to Dubai. First discovered this establishment on Google and traveled from Deira, and later from Business Bay, on the metro. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the ADCB metro station, tucked away from a bustling street. Ariff, from Kannur, and his two chefs from Thrissur, run an efficient, clean, and no-frills place with absolutely to-live-for traditional Kerala cuisine at very realistic prices. I loved all the dishes - parotta, beef roast, Kanji (rice gruel) combo with papadams, lentils, two kinds of chutney, and omelet with a meat dish; and Ghee rice combo and chicken biriani too. The food does not challenge non-Kerala/western palettes and I recommend it as a must- go place for visitors to Dubai for the atmosphere that a walk through Al Karama adds in terms of going beyond the mall-skyscraper-posh itineraries that normally constitute a Dubai sojourn."
