"Legendary Mysore dining — fast, flavourful, and an absolute must-try!
RRR Hotel is one of Mysore’s most iconic food stops, and it absolutely lives up to its reputation. The moment you step in, you’re welcomed by the aroma of their famous meals — whether it’s the traditional South Indian thali, biryani, or their flavour-packed curries, everything tastes authentic, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. It’s the kind of comfort food that instantly hits the spot.
Despite the huge crowds that gather here throughout the day, the service is surprisingly fast. The staff are efficient, well-coordinated, and manage to serve piping hot food in record time, which is impressive given how busy the place always is.
Parking, however, can be a challenge. The area is congested, and there isn’t dedicated space, so you need to be extra cautious. If you don’t park properly, the police may tow your vehicle, which is something many visitors aren’t aware of.
Also, note that RRR Hotel does not have washrooms, so it’s best to plan accordingly before you visit.
Overall, RRR Hotel offers an unforgettable Mysore food experience — delicious meals, lightning-fast service, and unbeatable value. A must-visit for anyone exploring the city!"
"This Biryani is nice but may not be to level of hype I had heard about this place. Service is nice & pretty quick turnaround of tables. parking is bit challenging, you are lucky if you get one. There is lot of people queue up to get into this place so expect some waiting."
"Could have given 1 star, but RRR is one of my favourite movies, so I’m giving 2 stars.
Their famous biryani is just like dalcha, very mild in taste. And they charged us a bomb!!!!
We were a group of 6 friends from Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune, and we visited this restaurant after seeing the good reviews online.
They initially said they did not have a table for 6 and asked us to sit at two different tables. When we argued, they suddenly revealed that there is seating available on the first floor too!!!!
We ordered 3 full chicken biryanis, 3 full mutton biryanis, and one chicken and one fish starter. What we received were 6 mini plates of biryani. I was shocked by the quantity, but I didn’t judge immediately. However, once I tasted it, I felt completely betrayed.
I was the one who chose this restaurant, everyone was hungry, and in the end, all we got was peanuts, and the bill still cost us a bomb. One of my friends liked the fish starter, so giving one star for that.
Usually, after you finish your food, the waiters ask if you’d like an extra drink or dessert. But to my surprise, the lady came and asked if I wanted an extra BIRYANI....LOL. Even they know their quantity isn’t enough for a toddler.
With a completely dissatisfying meal, I went to pay using my Amex card, and they don’t accept it!!! Earning in crores but can’t provide a facility to accept Amex cards… poor."

"Unfortunately this place is very overrated. The queue here is huge, the service is bad and people working here don't treat you like their guests. The food is okayish, I've had better food in mysuru. The biryani was already over when we went for lunch which was around 12pm. So with no other choice we had veg meals and non veg side dishes. The mutton roast was good but other than that everything else was very average. The food is not worth the money."

"Authentic Taste of Mysore!
Hotel RRR is truly a gem for anyone who loves authentic South Indian food. The moment you walk in, you can feel the aroma of freshly prepared dishes that instantly make you hungry! The meals are served traditionally on banana leaves, and every dish — from the flavorful biryani to the spicy curries and crisp papad — is full of authentic taste and freshness.
The place is always buzzing with happy diners, which speaks for its popularity and quality. Service is quick, polite, and efficient even during rush hours. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and taste you get.
If you’re in Mysore and want to experience real South Indian flavors in a simple yet vibrant setting, Hotel RRR is a must-visit. You’ll leave with a full heart and an even fuller stomach"
