"No doubt, This is the best restaurants in Trivandrum serving Punjabi food..If you like Punjabi/North Indian food, you will love this place. I will strongly recommend this place to everyone.
Ambience and service is excellent..We had to wait around 15 minutes to get the food served.
We have tried several food items, but kesari phirni and mutton kebab are must try.
Also the restaurant have a plenty of parking space."
"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hoy Punjab! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with that authentic Punjabi charm reflected in both the food and the hospitality. Every dish we tried was beautifully prepared — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — truly a treat for anyone who loves North Indian cuisine.
A special mention to our server, Ayan, who was exceptional throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, offering great recommendations and checking in just at the right times.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both outstanding food and such genuine service. Hoy Punjab easily ranks among the best dining experiences we’ve had in Trivandrum — highly recommended!"
"Had a big expectation but it was good. Expectations met partially.
But suggest the taste can improve may be its pooja holidays bit rush. Might be the reason.
Staffs are really helpful polite and service oriented.
Best part Amritsari Kulcha is a must try really loved the taste. Kesar pista lassi was average not that great. Chicken Tikka A-La-Hoy Punjab is really good and wort. Chicken Changozi 3 leg pcs and it was an average taste ok ok kind. Butter Nan was good and soft. Chicken Shorba was not that great there is very less chicken taste was ok.
Overall good experience.
Parking lot was plenty enough to park."
"Jumped in for a quick dinner and boy the food tasted even better than it looked. The Dahi palak chat is my favourite starter. The pasta was great but these guys specialize in north indian food so order that if you want what's best. Finished it off with a lemon tea since my throat was not well otherwise I have the delicious frozen ice deserts they have. The Kala Khatta frozen ice deserts is my favourite drink/desert."

"After scouting for long time, got to eat some good papri chaat. The sweetness, sourness, crispness everything balanced along with anaar dana toppings, made my day. We also had Amritsari kulcha and lacha paratha with palak paneer, all tasted authentic North Indian unlike many of the places we’ve been. Manik Ali was very helpful in helping us with the dishes. For me Hoy Punjabi is a 👍🏼👍🏼"
