"Absolute large variety of food to try. Make sure to have large appetite before you visit, so that you can try and eat everything you like.
Highly recommended if you haven't visited before at least once. They provide free valet parking for customers. There are a few things that I didn't like, such as the staff rushing to take the complimentary drinks cleared from the table. Another thing I didn't like was the packing of drinks during takeaway: the quantity of drink that is packed during takeaway is less than half of the item that was available during dine-in.
The staff could also provide better service and cater to all customers instead of focusing on a few tables."
"Grand Entree delivers an experience that feels thoughtfully curated from the moment the doors open to the last sip of the drink, striking a fine balance between comfort and polish that suits both leisurely lunches and relaxed dinners. The food is consistently well executed, leaning on clean flavors and careful seasoning rather than gimmicks, and plates arrive warm with textures intact, which speaks to a kitchen that understands pacing and heat. The mocktail pictured exemplifies that approach: bright and refreshing with a vivid burst of fruit, it lands crisp on the palate without being overly sweet, and the finish stays clean enough to pair well with appetizers and mains alike. Service is attentive in the right ways; staff check in at sensible intervals, courses are timed evenly, and special requests are handled with quiet efficiency that never breaks conversation. The setting amplifies the meal: large windows draw in natural light, greenery softens the edges, and the seating arrangement gives enough breathing room to feel private even when the room fills up. Pricing trends toward the premium side for the area, but the combination of quality ingredients, steady execution, and considerate hospitality makes the spend feel justified, especially for a lingering catch up or a low key celebration. All told, Grand Entree is a dependable choice when the mood calls for good food, capable drinks, and an atmosphere that invites one to stay a little longer."
"Grand Entree in Kochi is truly a delightful place to enjoy a memorable dining experience. We visited them for lunch and were quite impressed with the overall service, food, and ambience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and offered a refreshing complimentary welcome drink, a watermelon juice presented in a dry ice infusion. The presentation was a wonderful visual treat and set the tone for the rest of our meal.
For lunch, we ordered Pidi, Ghee Rice, Squid/Koonthal Pepper Roast, and Nool Porotta. All the dishes were freshly prepared, served hot, and tasted delicious. The Pidi was authentic and full of flavor, easily one of the best we’ve tried anywhere. The Squid/Koonthal Pepper Roast deserves a special mention — it was cooked to perfection, tender yet flavorful, with the pepper giving it just the right amount of kick. This dish, along with the Pidi, became our absolute favorites from the meal.
The Ghee Rice was aromatic and came with multiple accompaniments like mango chutney with coconut, dates pickle, and salad, which made it even more enjoyable. While it was already very good, the absence of caramelized onions on top was noticeable — adding them would have elevated the dish to an even higher level of richness and authenticity. The only slight letdown in our meal was the Nool Porotta, which we found to be just okayish compared to the high standard of the other dishes.
The ambience of Grand Entrée is excellent, with well-designed interiors that create a relaxed and upscale dining atmosphere. They also offer valet parking, which makes it hassle-free for guests arriving by car. Another highlight is their fresh fish display, where you can choose from a variety of fish with prices listed per 100 grams and have them cooked according to your preferred style — a great touch for seafood lovers.
They also have a Limo Café near the entrance showcasing a tempting collection of cakes and desserts, which looked fantastic and is worth exploring. Considering the food quality, service, and ambience, the pricing is quite reasonable and offers excellent value for money.
Overall, Grand Entrée is definitely a must-visit restaurant in Kochi, especially for those who appreciate authentic flavors, fresh seafood, and a premium dining ambience. We will surely return to try more from their extensive menu!"

"Came here with my partner on a Saturday night. The food was average and tasty and nothing exciting. The service by the staff's were top notch, very professional and quick. I have to say I am disappointed with the atmosphere or cleanliness of the dining area. The menu we got we're sticky and the seats we're not clean.
Overall, it's a mixed experience for me, and I personally would rate it a 5 out of 10."
