"The food is authentically Keralan and tastes excellent – I really enjoyed it. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are helpful. It can get quite busy, so if you're in a group larger than two, you might find it difficult to get a table. Booking in advance is recommended, and you can do this through Google Maps."

"I ordered two juices at Casa Kitchen, Fort Kochi. I am pregnant and requested the cashier for a place to sit and drink the juice. Even after explaining my condition, I was not allowed inside the dining area. My husband also requested seating, but the waiter refused and said it was “food time,” even though several seats were clearly free. I was forced to drink the juice on the footpath. This was extremely insensitive behavior and a very disappointing experience."
