"Only went for the restaurant and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The scenery, food, and the service were all top notch. Shoutout to Balakrishnan for the amazing service and kindness he showed throughout our time at the restaurant. We ordered beef fry, thenga prawn fry, and fish pollichathu and all of them were absolutely delicious. I do have to preface that they are not joking about the fish pollichathu taking ~45 minutes to come out, but it is WELL worth the wait. That was some of the best fish I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend this restaurant"

"Excellent place. Superb view of the bay. Clean airy. Staff was excellent. Food was freshly made and each item supassednthe next. The squid rings were light and crispy, the beef strips tender and well done, the red snapper was gently grilled to perfection and the coconut prawn curry and porotta were done just right. And they managed all that with cold beer and lime sodas for 17 people without breaking a sweat. Definately recommend."

"Went to Seagull in Fort Kochi during Christmas, so the place was packed. We had to wait for more than an hour to get a table. If you choose the pier-side seating, they charge about 15% extra. The evening ambience was really nice though. Sitting by the water with the breeze and lights around made it quite enjoyable. Food-wise, the butter fried prawns were good and probably the best thing we had. The chicken varutharachathu with porotta was decent. Smoked paneer grill was a little too salty for my taste, and the mushroom delight was just okay. Overall, it was a decent experience. The food was hit or miss, but the vibe and ambience in the evening make the place worth visiting."

"Great Place for all kinds of authentic Kerala Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Food. Though spicy, but taste is very good. They make after getting order, especially prepare fresh for every order, so it takes some time, but it is worth the wait because the food is very tasty. Huge Variety of Non Vegetarian items ( fish, seafood, chicken, mutton etc ) are available and all very delicious. Fresh Fish is kept on display and we can choose which fish we want to eat and they pull out that fish and prepare the desired dish with that for us. Great place for delicious Kerala food. But before ready for some wait and enjoy the scenic of the backwaters and shops and boats. The seagull restuarant is also decorated very aesthetically. And the ambience is great. It's a great place for families and friends."

"The ambience of the restaurant is really beautiful and has a lovely Fort Kochi vibe, making it a nice place to relax. However, the service was quite disappointing. I understand that it was a holiday rush, but we had to wait nearly 45 minutes just to get our starter. We asked the staff multiple times about the delay, but unfortunately no one could give us a clear response or explanation. Due to the long wait and lack of communication, we decided not to order food and only had our drinks. With better service and coordination, this place has great potential."
